ciao a tutti!!! è libera da subito una grande e luminosa stanza nel mio appartamento, 2 finestre, arredata nuova, 24 mq circa, connessione internet, ambiente sereno!!! nell'appartamento, ben arredato con tutti i confort, vive un ragazzo studente di ingegneria e una studentessa erasmus tedesca!!!nelle vicinanze supermercato coop,esselunga,banche,posta...a soli 5 min di autobus dal centro e delle università di ingegneria di santa marta, careggi e polo di novoli!!!zona tranquilla... l'affitto è di 410€ uso singola,215€ come doppia...spesa bollette circa 30€ per luce,acqua,gas,condominio e internet !!! meglio vederla dal vivo,vi aspettiamo!!!
